How Can you Cancel Your Order

If a COD order is placed by you then please do let us know by sending an immediate email at our given email ids as that will let us cancel all the related procedures because preparation of a COD orders takes lots of time, effort and money, and if you don’t do so then charges will be taken from you.
• If users cancel their orders before shipping of product then we may refund the entire amount (depends on circumstances)
• If users cancel product after the shipping of products or after receiving the product then full refund will be subject to maximum duration of 14 days (depends on circumstances)
• Items should be in original condition and there should not be any change or alteration with all the attached certificate (Astrovedigems.com would be the last authority to judge the condition of cancelled products)
Refund Policy
We make all the refunds either by Cheque or NEFT transfer within 2-10 days from the cancellation date of the order, of items that are found in original condition. Return Policy
